Аннотация: The purpose is to develop a universal mind map for providing successful tutoring of talented children in the additional education system on the basis of the Olympic training principles. Research methods and organization. While carrying out the research, the authors analyzed domestic and foreign literature, the activities of MBUDO "CDT "Tankodrom" in the period from 2011 to 2017. Creative interpretation of existing literature and personal author’s experience of working with additional education system led to the elaboration of a universal mind map which makes it possible to take a new look at the background of effectiveness of talented children tutoring system. The outcome of the research was a universal mind map for supervising individual highest achievements trajectories of talented children in the additional education system on the basis of such Olympic training principles as constant participation in intermediate tournaments, 24/7 support, special teaching staff, the «Open doors» principles, etc.
