Annotation:

Research purpose – to analyze options for building systematic work on training sports managers for the soccer industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Methods and organization of the research. During the research, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, documentary sources and Internet sources, as well as the method of studying the organization of work and interaction of objects of the soccer industry. To achieve the goal, we analyzed normative documents, regulatory requirements, scientific articles and websites of Kazakh and foreign soccer federations and soccer leagues.

Research results. Within the framework of the conducted research, the specialists of soccer organizations were identified – managers of sports directions and managers of economic directions, for whom it is necessary to build a system of advanced training and professional retraining, which will allow the qualitative development of soccer in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Conclusion. According to the results of the study, a great need was identified for improving the qualifications of existing specialists and attracting new personnel to the managerial level of the soccer industry of Kazakhstan to implement the tasks of the "Strategy for the development of Kazakhstan soccer until 2034". Success in this direction is impossible without building an effective national system of education and training of soccer managers, taking into account the recommendations of international federations.
