Подбор и организация работы персонала на Олимпийских Зимних Играх в Сочи

Research of the organization of work of the service personnel of the Olympic winter Games in Sochi is brought into focus in the article. Categories, the principles, selection criteria and the main problems of involvement of the service personnel are analyzed in the article. The special attention is paid to research of the temporary staff as the category of the Games personnel, most difficult for selection. As a result of research it is revealed that involvement of temporary employees was carried out across all territory of the Russian Federation in some stages, including the correspondence and internal interview, and also training. In general, HR Services Suppliers at the Olympic Games attracted of enough highly professional employees.
